What we collect
When you request a quote, download a guide, book a call or sign a Letter of Engagement we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, business name and delivery address. When you use the software as an operator we process the customer, order and payment records you enter, on your behalf. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and Letters of Engagement, ship and support your order, run the software you signed up for, and send you operator updates you can opt out of at any time.
Who we share it with
Freight forwarders and customs brokers for delivery; payment processors for card and bank transfers; email, SMS and WhatsApp providers for notifications; analytics providers for site measurement. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure the site and Google Ads conversions. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, at contact@laundrywise.com. We answer within 30 days. Australian users have rights under the Privacy Act 1988; EU and UK users have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR; California users have rights under the CCPA.
Retention and security
Quote and order records are kept for seven years for tax and warranty reasons. Data is stored with providers in Australia, the United States and the European Union with access controls and encryption in transit.
