Terms and conditions

Parties

These terms are between Laundry Wise Pty Ltd (ABN 54 167 060 451), formerly trading as Breezy Laundry Lockers, of 41-43 Robe Street, St Kilda VIC 3182, Australia. and the customer named on the Letter of Engagement (LOE). The LOE, once signed, forms the contract together with these terms.

Orders and payment

Lockers are made to order. A 50% deposit is due on acceptance of the LOE and starts production. The 50% balance is due before shipment. Prices are in USD unless the LOE says otherwise. Card payments are processed by Airwallex; bank transfer is available.

Delivery

The delivery window on the LOE is 10 to 12 weeks from the deposit date, being about 30 days of production and 5 to 6 weeks of ocean freight. Freight to the continental US is included in the per-locker price; other destinations are quoted on the LOE. Risk passes on delivery to the address on the LOE.

Warranty

Lockers carry a 5 year hardware warranty covering parts and lock mechanisms. Cosmetic damage, misuse and modifications are excluded. Replacement parts are shipped; labour is the customer's.

Software

Laundry Wise software is provided without a monthly fee. We keep a configurable share of card payments processed through the platform, shown in your settings. Optional SMS is billed per message at the displayed rate.

Sales and marketing materials

Packs are produced from your brand form and licensed to you for your business. Templates remain our property.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to resupply of the goods or services or refund of the price paid. Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
